Cotswold Outdoor have sent me a broken product, with half the parts missing, now they want ME to PAY to send it back!?Anna Dew, representing Cotswold Outdoors, tells me that If after paying for and arranging the return of the broken product, they deem that I'm telling the truth and not lying, they might find it in their hearts to reimburse me for the shipping cost and send me a replacement!No, no, no.. send me a replacement and send me a pre-paid returns label and arrange a courier to collect it Anna. It is not generous to reimburse a customer, it is generous to compensate a customer. The two are very different. Returning an unwanted product and returning a "dead on arrival" broken product, also two very different things, Anna. Awful attitude and service, never again! Avoid at all costs!

Highly recommend this excellent company. Website easy to navigate, lots of products to choose from, checkout was simple, and items delivered well-packaged. The men’s Brakeburn Contrast 1/2 Zip Sweatshirt fits perfectly and is really lovely quality, and the Jack Wolfskin Julie handbag is quality, stylish, but practical: many hidden compartments, zipped front pocket and main section, magnetic flip cover, and a quality adjustable strap. What more does one need? Thank you Cotswold Outdoors for great products and service!

Superb company, The coat I bought was in the sale, so I was already pleased about the £52 saving I'd made. The quality of the coat is wonderful, light weight yet very warm and cozy, with a big hood, which keeps out the cold winds from the coastal breezes where I live. I was also highly impressed by the delivery, I got it next day, ( to say this during a pandemic, is exceptional) Great company, everything they promised they delivered on. Will definitely buy from them again

Great website, clear and concise. Easy to use and pay. So much choice and variety of price and sizes of clothing. Easy to shop and find specific items in filters. Courier is Yodel. So amazingly efficient and reliable. Go for it.

Bought 3 items 1 was packaged in a clear Tesco food bag!! Then I had to return my item which cost £7.20 I did it recorded to make sure I had proof it arrived there after reading the reviews on here. Under the current circumstances and the size of the company I would have thought they would do free returns after all we can’t return to store at the moment and it’s unlikely we will for months due to current lockdown. Very disappointing and won’t be ordering from here again

I wish I had read these reviews. My order was never confirmed by email and I still haven’t received it although they have taken my money. I have sent 3 emails and still no reply. I can’t find a number to call them. Absolutely disgraceful service will not use this company again, feel completely scammed ?

I ordered two pairs of trainers online. Both items were obviously shown in stock. I paid my money and even had a confirmation that both items were indeed purchased. A week later I get an email to say one of the items is out of stock and they are getting no more in. No apologies or offer of another pair of trainers at the same price as a gesture of good will. They give a 3yr guarantee on their goods, but with this level of service I’ll be surprised if they are still open that long

I ordered 2 Yeti tumblers from Cotswold through Sears.com on November 9th. The tracking number showed no activity and the USPS told me they never received the package. Cotswold kept claiming they were mailed. There was no movement on the tracking until I threatened to turn them in for fraud. They finally arrived but both were counterfeit and one had a big dent. I sent them detailed photos. They promised to forward me a return label but that never arrived. It’s now December 12th....no label...no refund.

Ordered Meindl Borneo boots online, delivery 19-24 November. No dispatch notice, no delay notice. Called 24 November, goods "lost somewhere in their network". No idea when goods would be dispatched. I cancelled order and they sent me cancellation order for somebody else's stuff! Still in doubt? Read other Trustpilot reviews about purchasing online from Cotswold. Many experiences are far worse.

My partner and I went to the Southside Cotswold Outdoor store on Sunday, 1 November 2020, to try to find a pair of walking boots to suit my partner. We were assisted by a very knowledgable lady who didn’t try to sell us anything and was only focused on finding the right fit. I was impressed by her knowledge of the brands and how they varied. Price was an issue with other stores selling the same products for less, but we were advised that they will price match. Ultimately we did not purchase anything, but we will be going back, and if we buy anything, it will be because of the customer service provided. Good staff make a real difference!

Ordered a women’s RAB jacket in the sale and what a lovely jacket at a great price. My item was delivered within the date given to me at the time I placed my order. I had read some negative reviews about this website however, my experience was excellent. I’m so pleased with my jacket, the price and delivery service. Excellent!
